Hi, I’m Cher. This is where the things I’m live.
A trail, not a portfolio.
By day, I work as a 0 to 1 Project Manager. The rest of the time I’m starting things. Some I keep going, some I pause, some are still finding their shape. But overall, I’m learning.
I called this Cher in Motion because it’s the most honest thing I can say about myself. I’m always figuring it out as I walk.
Five things, in motion.

Letters from the trail, every other week.
An AI agent I’m building to cover my PM role while I’m on maternity leave. Part experiment, part necessity, part case study in what 0 to 1 PM work actually looks like.
Built around shared meals, slow conversations, and the kind of evenings that don’t show up on a calendar invite.
First baby on the way. Science-based learnings, reflections, prep notes, and what I’m figuring out in real time.
A natural kombucha brand I started and stepped back from. Tayo means “us” in Tagalog. The recipe and the lessons are still here.
Two ways in.
Let’s build is paused while I’m on maternity leave through September 2026. Let’s chat stays open.
Let’s build.
For when there’s a project on the table.
0 to 1 project work, content collaborations, and smaller builds. Project work, large or small, scoped together.
- 0 to 1 PM engagements (early-stage products, ops, launches)
- Content collaborations (newsletters, ghostwriting, editorial)
- Smaller builds (websites, virtual assistant support, newsletter setup)
Let’s chat.
For when you just want to talk.
A free 20-minute call to talk about anything, or a conversation about something you’re working on.
- A 20-minute call about whatever’s on your mind
- Trading notes on something you’re starting
- A virtual coffee, no agenda needed
- Hello-ing if you’re also Filipino, also in Taipei, or both
Questions you might have.
I’m on maternity leave from June through September 2026. Let’s build is paused during that window. Let’s chat stays open the whole time, though replies will be slower than usual. Project work picks up again in October 2026, tentatively.
The early phase. Before product-market fit, before the playbook exists, before there’s a team to manage. I help shape the thing while it’s still figuring out what it is. Sometimes that looks like product management, sometimes project management, sometimes both. The ambiguity is the work.
It depends on the scope, and I’ll always tell you upfront. Smaller builds (a website, a newsletter setup) usually land in two to four weeks. 0 to 1 PM engagements run longer and we’d scope the timeline together at the start. I’d rather quote honestly than promise fast.
Taipei, Taiwan. I work remote and async, so different timezones aren’t an issue.
Project-based, with a 50% deposit upfront and the balance on delivery (or split into milestones for longer engagements). I’ll send a simple agreement before we start. Comfortable with USD or TWD.
